Maribu Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Our range includes essential oils and personal care items, which are classified as hygiene-sensitive and cannot be resold once opened or used. This policy helps us maintain strict safety and quality standards for all customers.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@maribu.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We will assess the issue and, if your claim is accepted, offer a suitable remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act – such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This applies only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
